New genetics for Waikara Park

As breeders we believe it is important to strategically introduce new genetics into our herd to continue to progress our breeding programme.

This year we have been delighted to welcome Shamarra Marigold to our herd - a Softfoot Casstalas MD ET daughter, out of a Patagonia Celtic Rising Sun ET female.

This female not only has outstanding genetics behind her, she also possesses a phenotype and fleece characteristics that we seek in our elite animals.

Marigold was purchased pregnant to Kurrawa Legends Thrill Seeker, and we are very happy with the progeny from that pairing - a stunning young male cria born last week - Waikara Park Saintly.
