Occasionally Waikara Park Alpacas will release elite young, or breeding females for sale.
We are very particular about the elite females that we release, only selecting the very best genetics to bring through.
Our elite breeding females can be purchased mated to one of our proven sires.

TERMS OF SALE
GST
All prices exclude GST unless otherwise stated. GST invoices will be issued (zero rated for export) and payment will be due prior to delivery of your alpacas, unless a prior arrangement has been made.
REGISTRATION
All of our alpacas are registered with the Alpaca Association of New Zealand and registration for all elite stud animals will be transferred upon receipt of payment. Registration for Lifestyle/Starter/Pet can be transferred on request with all costs payable by the purchaser. You must be a member of the Alpaca Association of New Zealand to transfer registration.
FERTILITY GUARANTEE
A fertility guarantee is given for all elite breeding age animals - male and female.
LIVE CRIA GUARANTEE
Pregnant females are sold with a live cria guarantee: this means that in the unlikely event of a cria death, one free service to the same sire (that results in a pregnancy) will by given by Waikara Park Alpacas if the female aborts, delivers a dead cria, or the cria does not survive for 48 hours, PROVIDING the female and cria were cared for in an appropriate manner before, during and after birth. Waikara Park Alpacas may require a vet’s certificate to establish cria’s cause of death. In the unlikely unavailability of the same sire, an alternative mating will be offered to one of the Waikara Park Alpacas Stud Males. Any ultrasound scanning costs will be at the owners expense. The owner of the female will be required to transport the female to Waikara Park Alpacas for mating if outside of a 100km radius of our stud, or cover the costs of transport of the sire.
DELIVERY
We are able to offer delivery free within the North Canterbury District, and for at an affordable rate throughout Canterbury. We can also arrange transport with professional alpaca movers for areas outside of this.
